What we consider important in organizational development
As a consultant we develop a partnership with our clients. We commit ourselves to their project, but they stay in charge of their challenges and their solutions.

We respect the history and the specificity of our client and his/her organization.

Often a consultant is called in because one experiences a "problem". Without negating the existence of a problem, we are convinced that it is more fruitful to make connection with the strengths of the organization. Building on positive experiences leads to more results than focusing on negative aspects.

Our starting point always is the day-to-day reality of the organization. Theories and management models can only help to better understand this reality.

What we consider important in facilitation
We are convinced that all stakeholders in a multi-party collaboration should be equivalent. We try to make sure that all parties subscribe to this idea and comply with it.

Participants in multi-party dialogues often have a lot of knowledge at their disposal. Combining their knowledge usually leads to good results. We support participants to make their knowlegde explicit, and to exchange and use it.

Multi-party processes can only be successful when the issues at hand are really important to all persons involved. Therefore we always look for the connection with the experiences and the lives of the participants.
